Born in Greybull and raised near Otto, R.J. is a graduate of Basin High School and has called Powell home for over 44 years. R.J. served as your Wyoming State Senator for District 19 from 2019 to 2022. During his term, he was a steadfast advocate for rural Wyoming, ensuring that the voices of Big Horn Basin residents were heard in Cheyenne. His legislative approach is defined by:
